HT-01 Educational Camping for School Students

Tour Information

Duration: 4 days of camping with full-time engaging activities. In addition, participants will learn about their surroundings and environment awareness from our experienced instructors.
FEATURE :Veg. food, accommodation in tents on sharing basis* with sleeping bags, campfires and other fun activities. Rucksacks and other necessary gear for trekking will be provided at the base camp.* Separate tented accommodation for female participants and teachers. ADVENTURE ACTIVITIES * Rock Climbing & Rappelling * River Crossing * Learning various knots & their us* Tent Pitching. Jungle survival skills.

  • Day 1

    Report at base camp Behang

    5 Km. from Manali on Manali - Leh road  before noon. Orientation on camp life and Dos & Donts in Himalaya. Afternoon session : River crossing  activity: Talk & Demo + practical.

  • Day 2

    Wake up at 6 a.m, warm up with morning exercise followed by cleaning of camp site. Before noon : Trek to Jogani fall &Vashisht.. Afternoon :  Basics of Rock Climbing & Rappelling  (Talk & demo + practical).  Session on use of various knots

  • Day 3

    Morning exercises  session. Trek to Anjani Mahadev with picnic pack lunch. After lunch time for optional Para-Gliding/other adventure games.(fees additional to be paid in advance at base camp ) and back to camp. Participatory cultural programme 

  • Day 4

    Early morning breakfast. Leave for visiting Rohtang pass with pack lunch. Back to camp.  Valedictory and award ceremony. Your feedback narration. Programme concludes 

Accommodation in tents on sharing basis* with sleeping bags

Provisions : Tented Accommodation during Camping on sharing basis, Veg. Food as per menu. Pack lunch during trekking. Internal transfers after reporting at base camp. Services of trained and experienced mountaineers /instructors for conducting adventure activities and training.   Services of  guides with the group during trekking. Trekking equipment like tents, sleeping bags, rucksacks, etc. Arrangement available on extra cost : pick up groups from  Delhi/ND  Rly station/airport. Transfer to guest house for day spending with breakfast and lunch. transfer to bus stand from guest house  for boarding bus for Manali. On return journey transfer to Rly Station/ airport from bus terminating point. To be managed by the participants : Food during journey from Delhi to Manali & back. Mineral water, Cold drinks, expenses of personnel nature Transportation from home to Base camp and back. Medical /treatment expenses in case of falling sick and injury/accident
